Tim Beständig holds a master's degree in law and is a certified tax expert. He has significant experience in Swiss and international tax law and mainly advises Swiss and foreign individuals and companies on issues related to tax planning, structuring of family businesses and succession planning.
In addition, his professional interests focus on the tax challenges of restructuring and M&A transactions as well as the implementation of the new TRAF measures (patent box / R&D special deduction / step-up / etc.).
