Mathias Riederer supports entrepreneurs, owners, board members, and executive teams in challenging business situations as well as during periods of change and growth. When needed, he assumes interim leadership and implementation responsibilities, particularly in restructuring, transformation, business development, and strategic realignment.

As a sparring partner at the owner, board, and executive management levels, he combines strategic vision with operational implementation expertise and provides support on financial, organizational, and business issues.

He has extensive leadership experience as a CFO and finance director in publicly traded companies, private SMEs, and industrial groups across the ICT, financial services, telecommunications, and rail infrastructure sectors.

His areas of expertise include restructuring, financing, capital raising, M&A, performance management, liquidity and risk management, and strategic corporate development.

In addition to his consulting work, Mathias Riederer serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and is an entrepreneur.
