He has extensive leadership experience as a CFO and finance director in publicly traded companies, private SMEs, and industrial groups in the ICT, financial services, telecommunications, and rail infrastructure sectors.

His areas of expertise include restructuring, financing, capital raising, M&A, performance management, liquidity and risk management, and strategic corporate development.

In addition to his consulting work, Mathias Riederer serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and is an entrepreneur.
