Tanja Frick advises on contractual matters, particularly in general contract law, labor law, tenancy law, and corporate law. She also represents clients in court and before authorities. Other areas of focus include inheritance law, particularly the drafting of wills and inheritance agreements, as well as commercial criminal law. She also advises on national and international M&A transactions. Tanja Frick also has specialist knowledge of intellectual property law, such as trademark law, copyright law, and licensing agreement law.
As an experienced litigator, Tanja Frick knows how important communication, negotiation, and crisis management are, which is why she is also able to guide disputing parties to an optimal solution through mediation.
