Claudia Büchi specializes in advising private individuals on domestic and international estate and succession planning. This includes the drafting of wills, marital property and inheritance agreements. She advises and assists communities of heirs in the administration and in relation to the division of their estates. She has extensive experience in the area of business succession and assisted in numerous transfers of family businesses from one generation to the next.
